Contingency Plan

What could go wrong during production	How are you going to avoid this issue? What’s your back up plan?
Models not turning up to the photo-shoot could be a problem.	The way that I am going to avoid this situation is texting my model the night before to remind her and also give her a copy of the call sheet that I have created for her.
Models turning up with different costume to what I have told them.	Again the way I will avoid this problem is by reminding my model either a couple of days or the night before, also I am going to give her a piece of reference material that I have found so she knows the type of costume that I need.
Photographs coming out as out of focus after a difficult photo shoot.	The way that I will avoid this problem is going to be by making sure that the camera Is totally in focus before I take the photo or check the photos over before I move on to the text shot.
Memory sticks with the photos on getting lost.	I will avoid this problem by taking care of the memory stick that is given to me with the camera, and also I will put the photos that I have taken straight on the computer after I have taken them just incase they do get lost or deleted.
Models not turning up because of lesson commitments	I have avoided this problem by booking the photo-shoot when my model is not in a lesson and does not need to do work.
Equipment failure	This problem will be avoided by making sure the camera is working before I actually use it for my photo-shoot, also it would be a good idea to have extra equipment e.g. camera on hand if I need one.
Camera running out of batteries	Before this photo-shoot I will make sure that the camera is fully charged as it should have been put back on charge after the last photo-shoot, I will put it back on charge after my photo-shoot for the next photographer to use.
Running out of production time and not having the software at home	I will avoid this problem by giving myself enough time during lessons, after college or during frees to get my product to a standard that I am happy with.
Fonts not installed on the C drive	This problem will be overcome by sending myself the link for where I found the font that I needed, this will make it easier for me to track down the font that I need and download it.
Vital files being accidentally deleted or lost	The way I will overcome this problem is by giving the vital files that I need their own folder in my drive, also it would be a good idea to make copies of this files that I am trying to keep.
