Article genre (Purpose, type)	The purpose of this article is get people informed and involved on keeping a healthy lifestyle while continuing with gaming at the same time, I feel like this article with help a lot of people get a better style of life. I would say that this article would be an informative type of article as it will inform people on stats and figures and how they could get a better style of life.
Narrative voice (1st, 2nd or 3rd person)	The narrative voice for this article will be second person as the article will be trying to talk to the reader directly, I feel like this will have a positive effect on the reader as it will make them feel special as though I am having a one on one with them the reader.
Register (informal/formal, colloquial, dialect, taboo words?)	The register for this article is going to be formal but at the same time it may contain aspects of informal language as the target audience of this article is going to be quite young so I feel the language should be able to relate to them.
Stylistics (repetition, strong verbs, adjectives, alliteration, similes, metaphors, sentencing, rhythm)	I think in this article I am going to have to use a lot of stylistics such as adjectives as I am going to have describe a healthy lifestyle to them and also tell them about what will happen to them if they follow the programme that I am going to give them in the article. I think all of the stylistics that are given as an example will be featured in my article as it will add to the article as it will help the article appeal to the audience and get them to follow what the article says.
Tone of address (Hectoring, sarcastic, ‘matey’, ironic, etc)	This article will have a serious tone of address as the article itself is going to be very serious because it is talking about a leading problem of obesity which is life or death situation and I need to get over the fact that it is a serious matter so I need to treat it as serious matter, although I may include small aspects of comedy because of the fact that the audience is really young and I doubt that they will want to read a great big serious article.
Structure and pace (Discourse structure, logical paragraphing, connectives, conclusion)	The structure of the page is going to be very image heavy as I don’t want the audience to be overwhelmed by the amount of text on the page, and I feel by putting a lot of pictures on the page it would help them read the article as when people look at the page and see a lot of text I feel it would scare them and they would not want to read on.
